I’ve spent much of my career bridging the gap between people and platforms — enhancing CRMs, HR systems, and other tools to make daily work smoother and more intuitive. Along the way, I’ve learned that empathy (and a touch of whimsy) can turn even the most technical projects into opportunities for connection and celebration.

What keeps me energized is the messy middle of change — where empathy meets experimentation, and good ideas turn into better ways of working together.
